I am working with a local artist by the name of Jaki on creating some illustrations (caricature style) for one of my lovely clients going into Real Estate. We have requested two drawings, one will be used in her logo after I vectorize the drawing to be able to print and reproduce in high quality and the other drawing will be used on her website.

We loved the way these drawing are starting. We asked for the following revisions from the artist:

Desk Drawing:
- Can you please add a collar to her shirt? Other than that this is awesome!

House Scene Drawing
- She likes the way her face is in the desk drawing, in this drawing there are much thicker lines making her chin look kind of big
- Can you give her the same hair style that is in the desk drawing?
- Please change the earrings to silver hoops
- Please change the necklace to a silver chain with a black pendant similar to the chandelier design, kind of swirly
- Please change her shirt to a lime green with a collar
- Please make her jacket longer, going about half down her thigh
- Please make her jacket and pants a less “harsh” black. maybe put some grey lines throughout to break up the darkness and add texture
- Please accent the flaps of the jacket collar as zebra print (does that make sense?)
- Please make the house look a bit further away with a curved sidewalk
- Please make the house a two story house that looks a bit more expensive
- Please put some flowers up by the house to add some “curb appeal”
- Please take away the horizontal sidewalk in front, I think it is a bit geometrical, maybe just have the sidewalk and grass leading up to the house fade out in the front.

Revised Drawings:

Alrighty – the desk illustration is done! Whoo hoo. Now to perfect the house drawing to be used as the main logo. Revisions Requested:

On the house drawing:
- please make the pants all black
- please  just remove necklace entirely
- make jacket all zebra
- make shoes same green as shirt
- make hair same shade as other drawing
