WEBSITE DESIGN – Brave Law Firm

Brave Law Firm became a print client of Cassandra Bryan Design ( cb{d} ), last year. This year, we were asked to take on a complete website overhaul and design. Law Firm website design isn’t just about making a pretty picture. There are rules that apply because every firm is different, in that each one has certain areas of practice and they have to be represented, accordingly.

Here are two different Brave Law Firm website design styles. The first relies heavily on a darker, weightier style, which has the advantage of being both flashy and punchy. The second version is a lighter, brighter and more relaxed look. Each have advantages and each utilizes the list of services twice, so each one is extremely functional. Also, the first mockup has a larger scroller picture, while the second has a rotating coverflow picture array and the text in the big yellow bar automatically changes, every few seconds.

Brave law Firm is located in Wichita but needed a more regional approach to the design. Since we were allowed to do their new business cards, letterhead and glossy folders, doing the site gave us an opportunity to carry some the larger design and branding elements over to the web.
